Ron
Ford: Ron is the author
of the National Swimming Pool Foundation “Pool-Spa Operator® Handbook,” and developed
the CPO® course presentation program. These
are the instructional materials used in every CPO® course, nationally. Ron has taught
over 800 CPO® classes, and has provided
certification to over 8,500 students. Ron is considered to be an expert in pool
systems analysis. His counsel is often requested by both state and national
governing bodies concerning the proper operation and function of swimming pools.
The State of Florida selected Ron to train all of their local county pool
inspectors. Ron also provides expert witness testimony in aquatic injury and
death cases.
Scott Ford: Scott has over 14 years experience in pool service and construction. He has taught the CPO® course since the year 2000, and has taught private CPO® classes for many pool equipment suppliers as well as condominium management organizations. He is a consultant to pool service companies around the state of Florida. Scott recently won the National Swimming Pool Foundation’s “Outstanding Achievement Award”.
