"Cancellations received before fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the class are refundable, minus a $15.00 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire registration fee, which you may apply to a future class. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for the payment. Substitutions may be made at any time."
